Title I – Booking Procedures

Contract and Booking

The reservation can be made by email, via our website, or directly through our online booking system. It is valid only for the individuals listed in the booking contract, along with the accommodation type, arrival and departure dates, total cost, payment terms, and cancellation policy.

The contract becomes binding upon confirmation and payment of the deposit and/or balance. Requests for specific accommodation locations are preferences and not guaranteed. Personal information is used for issuing tax receipts. If an invoice is needed, it must be specified at booking time. Changes to personal details, guest numbers, or additional services are allowed up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability and potential rate adjustment. No refunds are provided for shortened stays or late bookings (within 14 days of arrival).

All changes must be communicated via email to info@campingvillage-thebeach.it. Only the people named in the booking are allowed in the accommodation. The facility may deny access for unlisted individuals. Check-in and check-out times follow the site regulations. If the guest fails to arrive by 12:00 noon the day after scheduled arrival without notice, the booking may be canceled.

Payment Methods

Prices are in Euros and include VAT. Reservations must be confirmed with payment of a deposit/balance within the terms outlined. Payment can be made by Visa/MasterCard or bank transfer. Failure to pay in time will result in automatic cancellation. Incorrect booking data may lead to rate adjustments payable on arrival. Non-reserved customers must pay in full upon arrival. Same-day transfers are not accepted; they must be made at least 7 days in advance.

Taxes and Fees

Tourist tax must be paid on-site. VAT is included in the rates.

Title II – Entry Procedures

Customer Admission

Management approval is required for campsite entry. All individuals must register upon arrival and provide valid ID. Changes in group composition must be reported to Reception. Guests without registration will be charged from day one. Non-compliance may result in removal. Guests must read campsite rules and emergency routes upon arrival. Entering the site implies full acceptance of the regulations.

Visitors

Guests may receive visitors only with prior authorization and deposit of ID. Visitors are allowed only during the day and on foot, with payment as per the price list. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. Unauthorized guests may be removed. Visits under 15 minutes are permitted with ID. Vehicles, bicycles, scooters, etc., are not allowed inside.

Check-In & Check-Out

Accommodation assignment is at management’s discretion. Requests are treated as non-binding preferences. Accommodation changes may incur extra fees. Interior photos are illustrative only. Accommodation is available from 16:00 to 23:00 and must be vacated by 10:00 am on departure day. Late check-out may result in additional charges.

Deposit for Housing Units

A valid credit card is required as a guarantee. Prepaid cards are not accepted. EUR 200 deposit via cheque may be requested. Deposits are returned after inspection. Guests are responsible for any damage not previously reported. A damage price list applies to various types of damage or missing items.

Notes for Guests in Housing Units

Units include linens, towels, and basic kitchenware. Final cleaning is not included. Air conditioning is available for EUR 10/day. Pets allowed with prior notice. Baby kits are available at EUR 4/day. Additional linen changes are available at extra cost. Includes utilities, parking, children’s play area, and mini-club access.

Pitch Assignment

Pitches must be occupied as assigned. Unauthorized occupation will require re-registration. Management may relocate vehicles or crews. Pitch assignment is solely at management’s discretion.

Provision of Tourist Service

Bookings not honored by 12:00 noon the next day may be canceled. No refunds for early departures or delayed arrivals.

Title III – Rules of Conduct

Water Usage

Use fountains for drinking only. Washing vehicles is forbidden. Dishes and clothes must be cleaned in designated sinks.

Camping Toilets

New facilities are available. Guests must maintain cleanliness. Chemical toilets must not be emptied in common toilets.

Fires

Open fires are prohibited. BBQ use must be approved. Gas stoves are allowed away from vegetation. Safety rules must be followed.

Vegetation

No digging or damage to plants. Hanging items on trees is forbidden. Management may remove unauthorized items. Offenders will be removed and charged for damage.

Waste Disposal

Guests must dispose of waste properly. Separate waste collection is enforced. Waste bags are available for purchase.

Electricity

Only staff may connect to power. Unauthorized cables will be removed. Non-compliant setups will be disconnected.

Quiet Hours

No noise from 23:00 to 07:30. Disturbance may result in removal. Entertainment exceptions may apply.

Safety

Gas cylinders must follow regulations. Max weight is 5 kg. Equipment must be certified and safe.

Camping Equipment Installation

No setup or takedown from 23:00 to 07:00.

Pets

Small and medium pets (max 20 kg) are allowed. Must be microchipped with health documents. Leashes required. Beach access restricted.

Wi-Fi and Phones

Wi-Fi is available but may be weak.

Minors

Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Playground use is at users’ risk.

Reserved Beach

Lifeguards are present during legal hours. Only guests with a pass may use umbrellas. Personal equipment is restricted. Games and towels are not allowed in certain beach areas.

Transport Within the Campsite

Cars are allowed only for arrival/departure loading. Speed limit is 5 km/h. No car washing. Bicycles must not enter pedestrian areas or facilities. Traffic is prohibited from 23:00 to 07:30.

Campers

Only approved campers are allowed. Documentation may be requested.

Circulation and Parking

Bicycles speeding or misused by minors may be confiscated. Escape routes must remain clear. Repeated offenses may result in confiscation. Parking is only allowed in designated areas.

Emergency Management

Fire alarms will trigger evacuation to assembly points. False alarms will lead to removal and reporting. Health emergencies require contacting staff or emergency numbers listed at the entrance.

Title IV – Final Provisions

Acceptance

These conditions are accepted upon booking and/or check-in. Unawareness is not a valid excuse. Rude or dangerous behavior may lead to removal. Italian text prevails in case of translation issues.

Liability

Guests are responsible for damages caused by themselves or their group. Management is not responsible for theft, injuries, or natural damages. Bookings may be canceled for non-payment or extraordinary reasons.

Laws and Jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. Disputes are resolved in the Massa Court. The Italian version of this document is the authoritative version.

General Clauses

By confirming the quote, the guest agrees to these terms and campsite regulations. The Beach S.r.l. may terminate bookings for non-compliance. Photos are illustrative and may not match exact accommodation assigned.

Video and Photo Authorization

Guests consent to photos/videos taken for promotional use unless otherwise stated. This is in compliance with privacy laws (D.Lgs. 196/2003).
